Don’t underestimate the straw hats.

The idea that Oda will have Kaido one shot any of them is kinda silly. If Kaido couldn’t just one shot scabbards the straw hats will be fine.

Marco was just shown to be out of energy I doubt if there’s a Momotaro fight he’ll be in it. Yamato’s been fighting Kaido one on one for a bit that I doubt he’ll be of much energy left either. Right now the three most energized are Luffy (the monkey) Zoro (the dog) and Sanji (the Bird) or do you think it’s a coincidence Zoro was taught fire Fox style and hung around with a Fox monster and Hiyoris mask is a kitsune. Or that Sanji is the son of the Garuda (The king of the birds) and Sora (The Sky).

Finally Usopp vs Jack, call it Pre TS fights all you want but this is the first legit straw hat vs enemy crew fight post TS. I’m just saying every time before Usopp fought the third strongest underling. He’s Luffys last commander and calling it PIS is just a way people will cope with Usopp begin able to beat people stronger than Jinbe.

I would like to believe you but our God Usopp hasn't even displayed his basic CoA haki or any compelling enough fighting prowess, conversely he got his ass destroyed by Ulti that easily and was likely incapable to properly react.

kaido pretty much beat the scabbards to death the moment he got slightly serious.
robin was getting battered by black maria and usopp & nami almost died to ulti.

i have my doubts about the momotaro fight entirely.
but sanji and zoro are full of energy now. Lets see how messed up they are when the fight with calamities end.

and the momotaro parallel that you are claiming for zoro and sanji looks incredibly forced to say the least. and garuda isnt even a japanese myth. atleast zoro's interactions with the fox and hiyori happened in this arc.

Usopp earlier mentioned being envious of Nami and Tamas abilities. And with Namis weapon getting a power like Big Moms Usopp may get a power like Kaidos, a mythical Zoan fruit in his kabuto. Imagine a giant nine headed snake slingshot for Usopp to shoot out.

I admit Usopp will face a beast like Van Auger in the future but Van Auger himself might not make it to YC2. Usopp got plenty of time to empower himself, just like for instance Zoro is yet not Mihawk level most likely.

I'm not doubting him. EOS Usopp will be a beast no doubt but right now, Usopp doesn't have enough firepower to put a monster like Jack down. Even if Jack is at 5% of his health, Usopp still can't take him on.

If Usopp gets a power-up that gives him a huge firepower like Nami's Zeus (I hope it's Dials but Oda probably forgot about them) then I might consider.

1. orochi has to die for that. i think orochi, big mom and kaido are defeated/dealt with at the end of this arc since orochi is momo's endgame with the ame no habakiri. its pretty much guaranteed at this point that orochi's final head is gonna be sliced off by momo with ANH in a very cathartic moment at the climax of the arc.

2. even if orochi dies, who's gonna feed the zoan to the slingshot?

3. that also totally messes up the (2,9) devil fruit theory of the strawhats.

i totally expect elbaf prince loki to be a spoilt brat who is smacked like this with "thor's hammer" a legendary weapon that usopp gains in elbaf.

prince loki would then become a avid follower of usopp after being mesmerized by his lies XD
