Kidd and Law have been underwhelming but that’s just cause Oda isn’t giving them any screen time.

I had no expectations for Killer so I think he’s doing pretty alright.

Apoo/XDrake/Hawkins can be written out of the arc and have minimal to no change. Utter waste of time
Imo, Apoo/Drake/Hawkins (for now) are a byproduct of him creating too many characters he's had to set up in the future. Like we still have Urogue and Bonney, probably the 2 most mysterious Supernova. But Apoo/Hawkins' powers are at least cool and they were representations of how an alliance can go wrong I'm gonna wait until the end of the arc to judge what they are meant to do. Drake is more obvious because he's teasing some secret mission with Sword.

There are 8 supernova in Wano
one is soloing a Yonko:luffydab:
2 are fighting another:kidsmile::lawbepo:
one blocked the strongest attack in the verse, was revealed as a supreme king and defeated a first commander:zorothink:
one got a good amount of characterization showing his great loyalty and trust on his captain as well as a costing a fellow supernova:Dr.Killer:
and another is like a cockroach that simply wont die no matter what situation he is thrown into:pepapoo:

Only Hawkins and Drake are disappointments, everyone else has been solid

Wanna elaborate about Law? I understand Kidd and Drake perfectly but Law?
I think some people feel weird about Law because of how Oda decided to treat him against Doflamingo, that way his power level feels a bit odd..

But you could argue Law showed superior feats and capabilities compared to Doflamingo, but the plot was driven for him to fail against Doflamingo for several reasons, so Luffy could take over the fight.

Even then, he jumped straight to fight Younkous, while Luffy struggled so much against Cracker and Katakuri, needing help and the perfect plot situations for him to come out victorious (barely).

Law could be developing throughout his fights against Younkous, i mean, thats what happening anyway

Kid might look more disappointing because Oda hyped him too much, like a literal rival that can compete with Luffy, someone that would take Kaido's head unevitably, but didn't managed to properly deliver that feeling to the readers (for now atleast)

I think Law looks pretty damn fine honestly, don't think there is a reason to be disappointed with him at all. You could even argue he looks equal or better than Kid overall, who should supposedly be Luffy's direct counterpart that has CoC and stuff

They exist purely because they are on Oda's checklist of stuff he needs to address.
"Oh yeah, I created these dudes prior to the time skip, now I need to create ways to use them on the New World".
Aside from Law in PH/Dressrosa, all the other Supernovas are no more than random arc side characters that we met before the arc they do something.
They have 0 real impact in the story.
Despite Law and Kid being directed towards Kaido ever since this big saga started, Oda just tossed them to the side to play with Big Mom.

Can't wait to see what mandatory plot we are gonna get for Bonney...yay...

Hawkins, Drake, Apoo are underwhelming. Maybe Oda didnt have the energy to explore the characters of on an oracle, a musician, and an ex-soldier.

Law and Kidd didnt receive proper treatment either, its just whatever give em awakening and thats it theres no process or background or lore or character investments, unlike Punk Hazard and Dressrosa where Law get all the emotional depth and character investment also solid power depiction he need.

Zoro get the best. Sanji is humiliated. Luffy gets KO-ed way too often but theres no sense of danger to it and it gets boring since Kaidou already KOed him before Udon but then he did it again so creative for Luffy not to do tactical FS or tactical battle stuff against WSC himself lol.

Umm Zoro has surpassed even my wildest expectations of him I had before Wano.
He has done like at least 10 times better than the best I thought he would do.

-Didn't expect him to have CoC
-Definitely didn't expect him to have AdvCoC
-Didn't expect him to have AdvCoA
-Didn't expect him to fight Kaido
-Definitely didn't expect him to Block two yonko combined attack and Scar Kaido
-Expected him to have an extreme diff fight with a YC1 and coming out of Wano YC1 and that's it.

So Zoro has been WILD in Wano.

Kidd - Disappointed
Law - Alright as expected
Killer - Impressed me for as low expectations I had
Drake - Very disappointed because I had high expectations
Hawkins - Disappinted

overall I'm quite disappointed

Trafalgar D Water Law did not disappoint me, I find he is even stronger than in Dressrosa

Killer was quite impressive

Apoo is also a real tank

Kid was quite very disappointing however I expected him to have real feats up to the mark so that we can consider a good rival rival of Luffy

Drake I'm also very disappointed I expected a lot more I thought he could be at Queen's level but it turns out he's actually closer to Who'Who. X Drake's only win is one on a number

Hawkins, I think it's all supernova fraud. He beat no one, showed very quickly that his fruit is not that cheated, every time he has to use the trick but even with the trick he loses quite easily.

So I'm pretty disappointed overall

2 MVP are the one carrying so far the raid (luffy&Zoro). Zoro safed all 5Sn with hakkai, and Luffy is the only 1 currently that can face Kaido, Zoro is taking a nap (he got the same power to face Kaido too, advcoc)
Law as support role is kind fine, a bit disappointed that he got low diff by Hawking (he had no idea how to safe his subordinate)
Kidd.....a lot talk so far, I am still waiting
Killer is fine (rooftop + hawking) but aint at all Zoro so call rival (purgatory onigiri one shoted Killer / I cant accept any bullshit like he was significantly nerft (it is the same body, nothing changed smile doesnt weak your body, broken bones does.....or poison does.......or not having eaten for days does), he didnt have the same weapon but that doesnt mean shit cuz you can coat other weapon to defeand yourself, and 1 move was enough to destroy him.
Apoo (tanked 3 attacks Kidd punk gibson without using any Coa or trying to block) - (drake zoah form bite) - (CP0 attack in which used coa) - (Zoro the only one that bypass Apoo coa), so he aint featless, actually he got one of the best feat in Onigashima KO luffy for 10second not bad in that time he could have follow with multiple attacks but Zoro carried Luffy body.
x-drake: best feat kept fighting for 2minutes the CP0 and depending how strong they are that could be a good feat.
Hawking: he defeated Law (with tricks) still a defeat so not a bad feat.

Hawkins and Drake are easily the least impressive.
Apoo played a nice role so far as the treacherous bitch who gives zero fucks to honor. It's nice to not have all of them being brave fighters or Luffy's allies.

Killer got a nice treatment overall. Took part on the rooftop, landed a decent hit on Kaido, helped on the plan to make Big Mim fall to the sea and later destroyed Hawking, but he is of course overshadowed by Luffy, Zoro, Law and Kid getting huge PUs for Haki or DF.

- Luffy as always nothing new with him probably the new thing was the joyboy connection
-Zoro really surprised me i Thought he was only to fight against kind since he always fight 2nd stronger but instead he fought two younkos with very good feats like daring to stop the combined attack of two younkos in order to give time to the rest of the novas, scarring a younko being related with wano and shimotsuki and adcoc as a PU
-Law did also do a good job with his supporting abilities with awakening the character grew
-Killer he also did a good job within what was expected of the character, there were people who didn't thought he was going to fight a younko
-With kid i expected more of him he had the worst portrayal at Rooftop 5 but the fight against Meme is saving the character though imo is not too much he needs more feats
-Apoo he is a opportunist is not very good but is not also a dissapoint
this is how a real pirate acts he could even take down and take his throne lol
The most dissapoints
-Drake:knowed nowadays like L drake everytime he did something he get an L oda really trashed the character he couldn't defeat a weakned i'm very worried about the future of marine
-Hawkins:he was betrayed by Apoo and i thought he was somehow going to join forces against them but no he decided to be a good dog for kaido
