I remember you sleep early and wake up early, is it long time habit?
I tried to implement it few days back, but latest i can sleep is 11.30 and wake up at 6.30. impossible to follow it through while playing Mafia game,
It's due to work really. I very gotten used to it over the past year, my work is pretty felixible in the sense that if I start early I can finish early so usually I am done with work around 3pm. My body's just gotten used to waking up early now.
