Not necessarily he flipped town so he had no inside information he can share by subbing in and if he subbed into a scum slot, Charlie isn't the type of person to out his entire team
Now if he flipped scum and subbed in that would be breaking the integrity or he subbed into a scum slot which he would immediately get lynched anyway so there'd be no point

He posted word for word a message that was sent to him by another player in his role PM. I imagine Fuji is being lenient because an ignorant player might not realize that such a message was also un-copyable, not just the host's messages
