As for the guardians they are the same level as Ainz, Sebas included. Id say the fight would be a mid diff tbh, because in the game each lvl makes one exponentially stronger.

I would guess they're doing 4 ep per volume.

First 4 for Volume 10 then 4 ep for volume 11 and then 5 ep for volume 14.

Warrior King is overused. Martial Lord sounds better.

I was completely not expecting Ainz there though. Thought he was in Nazarick since that's the place we've last seen him and there was no foreshadowing of him going to the Empire.
