Not that different
There are some differences like shalltear keeping that blonde girl as a s-x slave instead of murdering her and giving her vocal cords to entoma

but overall, it's the same
Like kyoukuhou is somewhat different having a cockroach summon which he rides on but ultimately most of the plot points and characters are the same at least from my understanding
