Jiraiya never fought deva fought, he would've get stomoped by Deva path he just said that out of respect.
Nagato saw he couldnt solo kakashi with Deva path and called third strongest path for backup to take advantage, but kakashi still was 1 second away from defeating both of the paths, almost reached there but like 1 second short, keep in mind plot stopped him from using Kamui
And at the end of fight, nagato didnt get near almost dead body of kakashi cause it would be so dangres and just shot him from far away, which got kamui'd out.

He never actually fought deva path, but some clashesh here and there
AND, my point is he never fought all 6 at once, it was always like 3v3 or 3v2 or something

Jiraiya was running around and tod summonings were keept some busy, jiraiya was running away to catch them seprated and not fight them all at once, even got some of them in the toad stomach.

--Not when talking about war arc kakashi ; he was spamming kamui left and right

--Jiraiya never took all 6 of them and when he took he died instantly ; he fought 3 of them which were the weakest of the paths not taking summoning path and still got dominated instantly -- Had to run from them and had to use genjutsu which wasn't even a part of his arsenal

Kakashi got better at using kamui every arc and peaked in war arc, watch swagkages video he explains how he got better with kamui every arc. He points the every time he is using kamui and shows to you how he got better every time.

Even then it's stupid with Kamui alone he could own Deidara or deva path

Bad writing

He gets exhausted from using it once and then spams it throughout the war
