And oda is doing them dirty if they never get it:

1) sanji. His family didn't just inherit north blue. They conquered it. Sanji is the succesor to the thro e and it's obvious that he has to conquer it since they lost it.

2) law
He will end up as luffy's whitebeard, so he needs to get it. Top 6 greatest pirates of all time

3) buggy. The legend, the hype, the yonkou

4) admirals. These guys are the marines equivalent of yonkou

5) apoo. He neg diffed 2 conquerors at the same time. Zoro and luffy.

6) mihawk

7) crocodile. The top 1 villain for 25 years, the mastermind, odas best creation in villains


8) marco. Captain of wb pirates and best YC1.

9) sai. Has to surpass chinjao

You can be a King or Conqueror who conquerors countries. But that doesn't mean they should get Conquerors Haki. You should check those who posses it then compare it to those on your list. Its based on Personality and beliefs and of course the Ambition to stand above all no matter what happens.

Mihawk - Admirals - Buggy - Ussop "not on your list" - Sai. All of them shows signs of a Conqueror.

Sanji and Law have one issue that holds them back which is "Doubt".

1.) Maybe, but not necessarely. And CoC is not about really conquering, it is about an conquering and rivaling mind.

2.) Nah, he is good. Law has his OP DF and hasnt the necessary mindset for CoC. He will absolutely rely on his DF.

3.) Must have.

4.) Should have, since it is what the top tiers rely on right now.

5.) Nah, Apoos Story is told. The snitch can hope to slip into another crew and stay in the story, otherwise he is done.

6.) Should have, as Zoros main goal.

7.) Could have, but dont need to.

8.) Nah, he hasnt shown anything going in that direction, also he doesnt have that mindset.

9.) Should have storywise, but it will take a long time to awake and wont ever play on the same league as Luffy, admirals, zoro, Kid etc..

10.) Nah, why?

1) Sanji, I actually dont agree with this one, sanji wouldnt want it because he does not desire to become a king, his whole story arc in WCI shows that he wants to get away from the life of a Prince.
2) Law.. its possible, but he hasnt shown any conquerious properties, being someone who generally follows others..
3) Buggy wants to be the king of the world and is leading a giant group acting as a king so possibly yeah.
4) Admirals, I would only say Akainu and Aokiji, all the other ones are followers, ones who follow the desires of the Celestial Dragons. Akainu and Aokiji personally had beliefs to become the Fleet Admiral and control the Marines.

6) mIhawk has kingly properties, being the WSS so yeah.
7) Croc, its possible he was the ironclad ruler of Alabasta from the shadows.
8) Marco makes no sense, he follows WB not a king. Still the GOAT tho
9) Sai, this actually makes sense, sai needs it to become the new ruler of the Happo Navy.
10) Cavendish maybeeeeeeeeee

Sanji I could see getting it and maybe law, I doubt Marco gets it since he's already in his 40s without it admirals maybe only akainu
Buggy Won't get
Mihawk definitely has it but overall you don't need coc to best stronger than a coc user just look at law and sanji hell just look at king and queen or Marco

aii lemme explain cuz im getting this one a lot whenever i discuss coc, sure he doesnt have those ambitions, but he still is a natural ruler who cares about his brothers and sisters, a natural ruler. If big mom dies, he would easily be able to step up and take the captain position. But unlike him, characters like marco dont have the ambitions to rule over others, as he didnt want to take up the mantle after whitebeards death.

Also there is a reason certain characters have coc and some dont. Just because they dont have it doesnt mean they are weak or bad.
