Character Discussion People who hate on Sabo are weird.

I dunno its not even hate, he just feels lame, like some generic self insert oc or something.
He doesnt even have a "gag", maybe if they played up his fake edgines, gave him a fedora and a katana so he was like those neckbeard memes, he would atleast be funny, especially when after trying something edgy he said something goofy idunno.
Its just at the end an unecesary charachter, like do we need an ace replacment, do the revolutionarys need him as a face when Dragon was hyped for many years and seems just to be a nothing burger?
Or do we need those lame as sidekicks of his who all dress like him even though he dressed like that as a child and it isnt some revolutionary uniform? Dunno he just seems so underwhelming, the literal groomer tranny ivankov was more entertaining and interesting😂

Yeah especially with the latest chapter saying "people care more about Sabo than Dragon"
It just makes the revolutionarys before seem like a minor anoyance, if only know everyone started worshiping Sabo.
And yeah Steampunk is one of the worst possible asthetics, so I dont know how Oda decided to make that the theme with them.
If he wanted to go with the "rejected social groups are parts of the revolutionaries" he shouldd given them gear based on different subcultures or something, make one a punk, one a beat generation guy, one a homeless doomsday prophet (maybe thats Kuma🤔) a furrie- nah thats going to far, remove the cat.
Or if he wanted to make it extra fun corpo rebelion asthetic even more make them like skaters, grafiti artists, hackers ect.
But nah, lets go with Goofy ahh Steampunk.

When did Sabo unlock CoC (like Luffy and Ace did), what about black hair (like Luffy and Ace have), what about legendary fathers (Luffy and Ace have those too btw), when was Sabo a famous pirate captain (like Luffy and Ace), when was Sabo a supernova/super rookie (like Luffy and Ace), is Sabo a D too?

On one hand I understand the Ace 2.0 criticism but Sabo is still a different character, the mera fruit doesn't make him Ace, his personality is very different.
I like Sabo's personality more than Ace's, while Ace is an ok character.
I don't like how Oda wrote him as the "cool older brother" who looks like a taller, more muscular Luffy and I can't stand the shirtless design lol.
It sucks that Sabo is going to overshadow Dragon but it was to be expected.
I'd like Oda to develop Sabo's character more and especially his unique traits, such as his dormant sadism. It adds realism to his character.
