Jack solo'd the entire sulong army including musketeers. Musketeers are individually stronger than Carrot and Wanda. Perospero could not defeat Sulong Carrot and Wanda, the fight lasted until the moon went out.

Perospero isn't in the same league as Jack.
Clearly it was the injury that made Perospero vs Cat competitive.

DId Perospero far outperform Jack in fighting the dukes. Was Jack Perospero able to move while Jack was unable to move?

Because the duke attacks are that powerful. If you have 25 HP while your peer has 500 HP but you stall your opponent and put him down while your peer is 1 blow away from dying, then your opponents get up and deal 600 damage it does not change that you far outperform your peer.
