No. Perospero kept up with sulong Neko ad put him down before sky split. Perospero mocked sulong Neko who was on the ground before sky split. Jack almost died to Sulong Inu. Perospero shopwed better CQC and defensive skill than Jack. That why I posted nigh equal. Jack better attacker he beat multiple minks better. Perospero better defender. He stall from strongest mink (beside Inu) better. Nigh equal.

Neko, Inu and Jack also got treatment. They all injured but nowhere to point they were nerfed 99%.

No. Perospero kept up with sulong Neko ad put him down before sky split. Perospero mocked sulong Neko who was on the ground before sky split. Jack almost died to Sulong Inu. Perospero shopwed better CQC and defensive skill than Jack.

Sneak attack did not reduce attack speed or attack power. Why you kept bring that like Neko wasnear death? Injured Oden wont get 1 shot by Kaido.

No. Perospero kept up with sulong Neko then put him down. jack was sitting duck that why Jack told Inu who ran out of sulong "1 more attack and I dead". Perospero showed far better cqc than Jack. Nigh equal.

If your 3rd strongest guy is usopp level then you promote him to commander. That does not mean Usopp comparable to Cracker.

Aokiji and Perospero:
Compare to Perospero who need more effort to fight Sulong Wanda and Carrot. Aokiji also cannot 1 shot Ace, WB like Akainu. But Aokiji more versatile with his df. His df specialize to immobillize not to 1 shot opponent like Akainu. Perospero df specialize for cqc for defend not for beat multiple sulongs like Jack.

Jack the attacker and Perospero the defender:
So while Jack show better attack potency with beat multiple sulong, Perospero show better defensive skill with kept up sulong Neko in CQC before sky split while Jack almost 1 killed by sulong Inu.

Bottom line Jack better suited to fight multiple sulong like Akainu suited to 1 shot his opponent (WB, Ace). Perospero better suited for defensive battle where he stall better like he stalled sulong Neko by kept up with Neko speed in CQC before sky split and Jack almost 1 killed by sulong Inu. Similar to Aokiji better suited immobillize his opponent not to 1 shot them like Akainu.

Jack can take more hits than Perospero and that's it.
Perospero is more troublesome, can do crowd control better


Has better mastery with his DF

Perospero is also more experienced. He is older and already knows King and Marco, 2 YC1s from another Yonko crew.

People say Jack, Inu and Neko were injured and fatigued much more than Perospero, which is true. However the result is, that Inu and hybrid Jack were equally matched, with Jack pointing out how he was one blow away from losing, while Perospero had a much easier time dealing with Neko. Given we know characters can pull out their strongest moves even while heavily injured and fatigued - mainly their endurance and stamina lacking - we can conclude that Neko simply lacked the power to make it quick against Perospero.

I think the portrayal really groups Jack with Perospero here.

Jack solo'd the entire sulong army including musketeers. Musketeers are individually stronger than Carrot and Wanda. Perospero could not defeat Sulong Carrot and Wanda, the fight lasted until the moon went out.

Perospero isn't in the same league as Jack.
Clearly it was the injury that made Perospero vs Cat competitive.

Pero saying Wanda and carrot could’ve beaten him if the moon stayed out shows the massive gap between Pero and Jack.

Heavily nerfed Jack ~ Pero sure
