Controversial Personally, Whats Your "Too Little Too Late" Moment

Its been somewhat consistent the past ~7-8 years or so, so hopefully it stays that way, we'll see.
Honestly i just take each arc in strides amd have fingers crossed that the next ~2-3 islands go smoothly and we can at least get to Laugh Tale with little issue. The last 3 locations took over 200 chapters, Im hoping it either doesnt take nearly as long or at least addresses a lot of the characters still left

+1Dragon, the timing to reveal his hype is already lost, no one barely cares about him, and the thing keeping revolutionaries even relevant is Sabo.
I am going to have to say... Mihawk. I like him but come on.
Look at Mihawk, look at Dragon, the difference is that Mihawk at least did something in the war, but then we spent the years without hearing anything about him.
At the very least Shanks had the hype of Yonko around him, he stopped Kaido, stopped the war and so on.
Post Wano cross guild was barely acceptable as a timing for Oda to realize " wait this thing is on the final bits, I need to hype him "
But the WSS plot and relevance is utter trash, no one cares about the title, no one wants it bar Zoro and Vista.

This mostly happens to all mangas, they are just not to relevant for the progress of the story, they are cool and strong, but not relevant.
