20% of Uvogin's power according to his estimate was blocked by Kurapika and even that was only because of Emperor Time. Non-Enhancers can't even withstand that without their body breaking in Uvogin's eyes.

I think you're just severely underestimating Kurapika and in turn, downplaying Uvogin's showings.


30 spins is ridiculous and not at all viable in actual 1v1 combat.
Big Bang Impact on the other hand, is your average right hand punch that Uvogin can throw btw and can surely crush Phinks' defenses like what happened to Kurapika.
Functionally far more viable.

30 spins is comfortably above imo. An actual estimate would probably be 20-25 spins

It's about efficiency in combat.
His mastery of enhancement will always be beneath a true enhancer, but in Emperor Time, he can use his enhancement at 100% efficiency like a natural enhancer (instead of just 60% like a Conjurer).

Uvo got blitzed and embrassed by Novice Kurapika. His strongest attack only broke an arm and was easily healed.

You still need Enhancement trainining to get KO and Ken down and up to perfection. Kurapika has shown no such thing.

If we go by CA potrayal: Feitan ~ Phinks > Shal ~ Shizuku ~ Bono.

Phinks fought an opponent on the same lvl as Shal, Bono and Shizuku's. But he oneshotted his with an attack thats not his strongest. Both Shal and Bono used their Ults and Shizuku struggled with her oppononent.

Feitan fought a stronger opponent but he struggled far more than Phinks.

The potrayal is clear cut.

- Feitan needs his Ult against a Squqdron Leader/Phinks needs a low tier attack for a soldier

- Bono, Shal and Shizuku need Ults or will struggle against soldiers

People literally downplay Phinks for no legit reason its crazy.
