Seems's like there is a particular dice game played with 3 six-faced dice.
The term "Arashi" refers to when you roll and have the same face/number for all 3 dice (i.e. a really strong roll, you basically win by rolling this) and Pinzoro is a term that refers to when you roll and have 3 faces of 1 (i.e. 1, 1, 1). So "Pinzoro no Arashi" (i.e. An "Arashi" of type Pinzoro effectively)
