I think you are jumping the gun a little here, similar to Pica who can choose which part remains alive and takes damage Pizarro will most likely also have that. There have been times when hurting the stones has cause damage to Pica like 1080 PP and others where its meaningless to attack the stones or how ISDS did not hurt the main body. Of course for this Pizarro will need top tier CoO and reactions.

Actually, he brings up a valid point.
Destroying Pica's golem does nothing to Pica, he doesnt even feel it.
If Pizzaro feels the damage done to the island, he is indeed a worse version of Pica.

However, he can always be paired with a guy who has low DC so that damage wouldnt bother him much.
If he is facing a high DC opponent, this probably wouldnt affect him and damage to island wouldnt transfer to him.
In the end, his performance depends on the island's size and the size of his constructs.
