Even pointed people out multiple times in past that with insults they are not getting anywhere.

Nobody deserves kindness and respect. We need to normalize being ridiculously rude and hateful to others for no reason than simply wanting to be like that. If someone disagrees with you make sure you personally attack them and not their argument. If you see someone trying to change and be a better, kinder person try your hardest to drag them back down to your level. Make sure that they are just like you.
