Nico Robin is the only one who can reactivate/resurrect Pluton, the real ancient weapon. The blueprint only exists to create an opposing battleship in case the means of control of Pluton get into the wrong hands.
If "the Ancient Weapon" gets "into their hands", the world will need the blueprints to build a battleship strong enough to fight back.
Franky burns the blueprints not because he is trying to keep the BLUEPRINTS out of the government's hands, but because he has faith in the straw hats to keep NICO ROBIN out of the government's hands. The same line is restated here. "If Nico Robin (aka Pluton) falls into your hands, the world is doomed" because the power to counter the weapon is gone and if the straw hats win, the government loses access to both the counter-weapon, and the weapon itself: Nico Robin.
She will ultimately be the one to control Pluton, whatever the real Pluton is, I think. There were other kids on Ohara. Why was it so important to save Nico Robin in particular? Olvia and Clover knew a lot about the void century, and presumably, the ancient weapons too. Did they know? Is this why Nico Robin must live?
Does Spandyne know something we don't?
Clover tacitly acknowledges that spandyne is right and there is a weapon based on their research, but throws himself under the bus by trying to reveal the ancient kingdom's name, creating an even bigger problem.
what's this one more piece of information only Olvia knows, that they were about to keep her alive to acquire?
Spandyne was a coward and we never found out... Is it that her daughter is an ancient weapon?
