I haven’t done shit to Yo Tan and my Lucario cannot do anything to anyone since it’s just a conditional ability and a passive.

1 - Would it count as not a lie if he doesn't have Lucario, but a scum buddy does?
2 - Could the statement be returning true if it's what he can do now, and not, say, with some X shots he already used?
3 - Could the statement be true if the ability wasn't doing anything harmful to YTW, beyond say investigating him?

Those are the only things I can think of. Think there's grounds to complain if it's a lie in spirit anyway though.
