Personally melatonin is one of my favourites but I read that more that 0,5 mcg won't have additional benefits.
Be it as it may, sometimes our individual response is better with other things. I'll leave some suggestions here that might help with sleep:
- GABA
- tryptophan (this is an amino that becomes 5 HTP which 5HTP converts to melatonin)
- 5 HTP
- Magnesium Glycinate
- Apigenin (from Chamomile)
- Sour cherry juice
- NAC

Honestly it just has to be Jag here. On tone he seems fine, but there’s nothing from him in terms of contributions in the thread or night actions.

Even assuming Jag and Blue are mafia, after Polar’s flip that’s a team of 6.
I don’t trust Charles’ census that much, but on the off chance that it’s real, we’re missing one more mafia (actually 2 more since the number increased by 1 after someone joined them last night) and for the remaining 2, my PoE will be something like this:

It’s easier to assume Charles lied about the census. Maybe York was actually mafia, and Charles just put hostile indie in the census there as a safe bet for York to claim later down the line.
Because I don’t know why a jester would come as a hostile indie. A jester in an Ultra role madness with omega killing capabilities? Very hard to believe lmao.
