I also take some stuff to sleep.
Personally melatonin is one of my favourites but I read that more that 0,5 mcg won't have additional benefits.
Be it as it may, sometimes our individual response is better with other things. I'll leave some suggestions here that might help with sleep:
- GABA
- tryptophan (this is an amino that becomes 5 HTP which 5HTP converts to melatonin)
- 5 HTP
- Magnesium Glycinate
- Apigenin (from Chamomile)
- Sour cherry juice
- NAC
