Nah, you should always be willing to update on new evidence. There are events that could happen that will cause me to discard ZKK.
If Kaido got character development to no longer desire death for example, it would greatly undermine the case for ZKK.
If someone else (e.g. BB) was given more buildup as Kaido's executioner, it will likewise undermine the case for ZKK.

This Arc is apparently gonna be Longer than expected
Usually when Luffy is preparing to come back for Round 03 against Villain then Arc is in it's last Two Volumes
But this doesn't seem to be the case with Wano Arc, i expected Volume 100 to have a Cover about all SHs
However Oda apparently split that Cover into Three Volumes (99-101) which ends with Chapter 1024
We still need a Cover for Villains (Beasts Pirates) & a Cover for Final Showdown (Kaido vs Luffy + ??) Similar to Luffy vs Kata or Enel or Lucci & most Villains Covers. Not to mention Post Raid Volume with a Cover that isn't Fight Centered but could still have First Three Chapters showing the End of Raid Fights.
In other words, judging by Oda's Volume Patterns, Wano Arc should End (At the least) around Chapter 1054 !!!
Not to mention that we might get a Flashback Volume about Kaido's Side of Story even though we had Oden Volume
(Similar to how we got a Volume about Franky Flashback & then about Robin Flashback in Water 7 Saga)
There is also a chance that we will also have a Volume about Luffy & all his Allies & who knows, maybe a Big Mom/Kid Centric Volume too. So this Arc have a Chance to reach as far as Chapter 1084.
Since it's between Chapter 1054 & 1084 which means 40 to 70 Chapters more (Which sounds absurd but still possible)
Then many developments could happen such as Arrival of BM Pirates, CP-0 makes a Move, Shanks arrives, Oda gives us a Short Arc showing Outside World between Act 3 & 4. Maybe a New Villain shows up ... etc
And thus, i'd say it's still very early to determine whether ZKK is Debunked or not & it will remain an Option for dozens of Chapters
