Fundamentally Sanji doesn't need CoC , not even in order to deploy a parallel with the Roger Pirates because except for a suppressed Shanks 3 CoC users were the norm. And for Yamato it'd have a lot of significance, also because of the parallelism with Oden.

I would suggest non 0 but close, so overall it would probably not change much. I don't think they will unlock it.
