Powers & Abilities Possible Beast Pirates and Big Mom Pirates' counter to the minks transformations

We know that it's most certain that there will be a full moon during the Fire Festival on Onigashima, something the minks and their allies count on to give them an advantage during their attack on Kaido.
However I have the feeling that things may not go as well as the minks and the rest of the alliance think it will and that the Beast Pirates and their newfound allies in the Big Mom Pirates may not be as unprepared to face the minks this time.

What could possibly be the counters that the Yonko crews may against the minks and the Sulong transformation this time ? What power or weapon could give the advantage to them this time ?

@ImmaIvanoM just posted a thread about Queen having potentially made a biological weapon that makes its victims blind and I think that the Beast Pirates may exploit it against the minks if it's true. Kaido and Big Mom's weather control could also possibly help hiding the moon so the minks can't transform.

Nothing, they will turn sulong at some point and defeat the enemies.
The alliance is going to win, it doesn't matter if big mom is on their side, they are meant to win the raid and deliver wano from kaido and orochi.

He's not coming and he is basically one shot material for characters like the dukes or the monster trio in their base form so they would deal with him quite easily if he was a problem.

Kaido+Mama together are stronger than Old Sickbeard and anyone.

The moon is smaller than the earth (or the earth of the One Piece world).

From there, it's normally possible, if they use their strongest attack together (repeatedly?). They can go to the moon with Mama riding Dragon Kaido (Enel could go with his ark and he doesn't need a suit to breathe, it seems you can breathe in One Piece Space).

Blind virus requires too many factors to work:
1. Every single Mink has to be targeted individually
2. The Beast Pirates crew needs a sniper way better than Usopp. Maybe like 10 Usopps to hit every Mink.
3. They have to be targeted at once so the rest of the tribe doesn't disappear into hiding the moment the first few become blind.
4. They are arrows and bullets. A pathetic way for a warrior tribe to fall, Udon was full of starving and weakened prisoners. Most Musketeer and Guardians should be dodging these things and taking out the snipers. At least Usopp shoots his Pop Greens which are unconventional and very hard to predict, he wouldn't do it with a bullet or bow.

If Caesar teamed up with Queen and developed a blind virus gas bomb, I could see the Minks all going blind. But there is no hint those two have worked together. Biological virus weapons are unlikely to have anywhere near the range of fast-spreading poison weapons. The mummy virus needed time to spread from victim to victim, it's not instantaneous. Kaido wouldn't be buying Caesar's weapons if Queen could replicate those capabilities. We can't forget the Minks have been blinded-sided by this before, it's a little foolish to believe they will go down just as easily by a surprise weapon again.

Sulong will be temporarily be blocked somehow, I definitely agree with this. That's a very good narrative to create drama and then save the day. The methods go back to unfavorable weather, Kaido creating clouds, Big Mom using a homie to block it, maybe one of them will show us a new technique.
