Zoro doesnt even know that he has CoC judging by his reaction to Kaido. He probably uses it unconsciously like Luffy preTS.
We dont even know that King has CoC. The only thing going for him is his name. You know... "King".

Zoro didnt know, but awakened it similar to Luffy and I am assuming King the YC1 like Katakuri will have CoC as well, but that's my personal assumption

Sanji will not have any showing of CoC in Wano or at all IMO

He had his chance in WCI and did not show it there.

Still not that sure about Sanji getting CoC but him not getting it in WCI is justifiable imo. Let's be real, Oda wouldn't give him CoC before Zoro, lol. Not a chance.
