Since the 1920s, and especially since the 60s, the fear of whites becoming the minority was strong and Margaret Sanger, with support from Bill Gates Sr, created Planned Parenthood. 80% of all Planned Parenthood facilities were placed in minority communities to encourage abortions.
As for Bill himself, he funded Abortion and Planned Parenthood campaigns during the 70s, and an advisor of the Nixon, Reagan and Bush administrations admitted that the purpose of Abortion was population control.
