Tbh, I think Admirals of today are stronger because we were told so. As pirates of today are going to be the strongest ever btw.

I don't think that particular Admiral Is going to be weaker though, becuase I think there are chances he's going to be Akainu's father.

Sigh, I hate this soap opera style, we even had a bloody evil twin recently. Nowdays every importan character Is the son, nephew, descendat of someone important or Is somewhat kin to someone also important.

I'm doing a full TYWB arc manga reread ever since Lee posted this thread. Currently at ch. 530.

And honestly, despite how comically awful the plot is, I came to respect Kubo for nailing out some scattered panels here and there even if not art-wise, but by conveying the emotion weight behind them.

What’s the big deal if an admiral from a previous era get defeated? Why the need to justify it? Oda added that detail just to show how powerful Xebex is. There isn’t really a need to go in depth when Oda didn’t bother to put much thought by doing it offscreen.

I get the love for admirals tho.

There will come a time when you realize Bleach was actually peak. I was just like you at one point, but maturing is realizing these cartoons aren't meant to be taken seriously. Just sit back and enjoy the aura farming and the abilities.

Sassenach, all aura a fight has is immediately lost when it turns out it was all essentially fake and the actual other side swoops in at the end and one shots.

That's the opposite of fun. That's anti-fun and unsatisfying. That's why I called that specific fight bullshit. No amount of switching my brain off will make that fun. Lol.

Admiral fans have always been divided. Lol

At the end of the day, all Kingdom haters are still defending a series like Naruto which is targeted at babies, while Kingdom is targeted at young adults. Literally the people hating on Kingdom do not have the intellectual maturity or reading level to graduate from baby series like Naruto and Bleach. Lmfao
