I think a combination of scenarios are going to play out.

Shiggy & Deku still going @ it, but while Shiggy is regenerating, Deku is sustaining more & more damage.

Endeavor & Bakugo save him and team up against Shiggy, but Giganto arrives with the other League members. Dabi engages/confronts Endeavor.

I think it's going to move away from the main fight whatever happens.
If not and it is focused on the main fight, I see Deku failing somehow, injuring himself and then Bakugo having to step in momentarily, if this is endgame then I think either Eri/Mirio plotline will have to come into play soon.

Bakugo or Endeavor deal a "finishing blow" to Shiggy and then he really in danger (or even unconscious)
And then Gigantomachia notices if Shiggy need a help.

haha same, since the beginning of the arc I have loved to see Giganto being unstoppable and destroying everything.
I think I can have a whole chapter of Giganto wreaking havoc and stomping heroes and cities. His new style his protection in front of his eyes and claws is awesome.
