Yea right i don't think he copied from A to Z , if he did Sanji would be the White ranger , but he isn't.
Also The JAKQ special powers are very different from the vinsmoke kids, also i never said that the Raid suits is Vegapank ultimate weapon or SSG , i never made that connection

so , basically every power ranger in this squad uses a "ranger key" to transform EXCEPT 1 our boy mr Big One, instead he uses A ROSE to transform
NOW try to guess WHO got a rose in his white suit ? Oh yes baby , it's the True Zoan King mr Rob Lucci himself, you can see it in the picture i linked just now.

Now let's talk about in story reasons :
I think it makes perfect sense that Vegapank would develop a version of the raid suit that is somewhat superior to Judge's raid suits, alltough we don't really know who developed them ( probably vegapank ).
NOW GUESS WHAT ? Big One Ranger suit is SUPERIOR to the ranger suit of his collegues because it INCORPORATES ALL THE POWERS OF THE OTHER RANGERS IN 1 SUIT.
now you might be thinking : slow down mr, giggio , THERE IS NO WAY Oda gives a secondary character like Lucci a Suit SUPERIOR to Sanji right ?
well, realistically Oda would put some caveat like some kind of Drawback considering the Suit itself HAS TO BE MORE POWERFUL because VEGAPANK developed it.
Now considering what happened in chapter 1028 and the possible foreshadow of SANJI vs LUCCI ---> STEALTH AGENT VS STEALTH AGENT ---> ROKUSHIKI USER VS ROKUSHIKI USER -----> RAID SUIT VS RAID SUIT
