Hakai is a CoC attack. It’s name in japanese is 覇海, and Conquerors Haki is 覇王色の覇気. Both share the 覇 kanji, which means supremecy. CoC users are known as 覇王, (Supreme Rulers), again, 覇 kanji used.

Big Mom’s Ikkoku doesn’t use it- it’s 威国 in Japanese, but Dorry and Brogy do seem to be using it and it wouldn’t be a surprise if they were CoC users, since their attack name is 覇国. Again, the 覇 kanji, supremacy, colour of the Supreme King.

Luffy would've realised it if the earlier attacks were imbued with CoC. The only CoC hit was Ragnorok. Luffy said, 'After taking that hit from your club, I figured it out!' after getting hit from Ragnarok. Let's not use headcanon here.

Oden couldn't stop a named CoC attack from Roger for even a split second, despite putting up his guard and trying to block it.

But you expect any level headed person to believe that Zoro, without even having CoC of his own at the time, was capable of stopping a double CoC attack by two Yonkos for 2-3 seconds, which was hundreds of times stronger than the attack Roger used on Oden?

That's probably because his CoC hasn't bloomed yet. He doesn't even know he has CoC let alone knowing how to intentionally imbue it in his attacks. I mean that's why it's so confusing right now. We might get an explaination later though.
