Eh there will never be an arc akin to wano where it was seemingly heavily connected to Zoro.

Luffys main villains left are:
1. Blackbeard - The Strongest Pirate and man who lead to aces death
2. Akainu - The strongest marine and murderer of Ace
3. Imu - The King of the World and the man who embodies the opposite of freedom.

At most we may see “Zoro will beat Shanks to prove he’s ready for Mihawk” but I don’t even think shanks will meet the straw hats.
