Without Nami, Luffy can't navigate to Raftel to become PK so she's most important in that sense. Same with Robin, Chopper will probably save Luffy's life at some point too. In terms of importance to the actual story moving forward, Zoro and Sanji primarily exist to protect the weaker, more important SHs from dying left right and centre. Zoro also exists to protect Luffy.
