If Sanji didn't save kinemon from punk hazard most of the samurai guys probably won't be here.
If chopper and co didn't save the Minks in Zou none of the Minks would be here. If Sanji didn't save momo from the execution then Momo would still be captured and the morals of all the samurai will be too low to fight all out.

Hm, among the bad guys, I think the obvious answer here is King:
1. Held control of BP once Kaido went to the roof.
2. Beat up Marco and ordered for the A9 to be killed, which caused them to disperse.
3. Hard carried Queen by taking care of Cook for the second time.
4. Took care of the Beast Pirates turncoats.
5. Removed Zoro from the live floor.
6. Will potentially wreck the capital if his fight with Zoro spills over there.
Business as usual for a YC1. Katakuri carried his crew in WCI, Marco did too more or less in MF. King is doing his part now.
Among the good guys, there is no one that fits the criteria.

Damage to Yonko alliance?
Chopper IMO. Healed a fuck-ton of people which kept them from getting massively outnumbered, stalled Queen some, and then he was also driving force (even if med was someone else's) behind bringing Zoro back up. And remember, if Zoro wasn't brought back by the time he did, King and Queen would have absolutely slaughtered the entire alliance given Marco was done for and Sanji couldn't stand up to them.
