On Guard Old Ray vs Kizaru were more or less equals.
But I am saying when Rayleigh got a free cheap shot, why did he use such a small attack and not something major to cause major injury to Kizaru and then save Straw hats. It won't even make kizaru look bad as he'd be cheap shotted.
Either Rayleigh is dumb or some PIS
But Kizaru was in same state.

The only thing that proves the scratch on Kizaru's cheek is that Roger's underling has a very low AP.

Kizaru already admitted he wouldn't be enough to take down Rayleigh, it's a shame people are only remembering this now when Oda told us all those years ago.

Well clearly both were trying very hard but holding back on their top attacks because Island would be destroyed and then Shaki and others die on Rayleigh's side and Celestial Dragons die on Kizaru's side.
Plus Rayleigh isn't the kinda guy to have an Island full of population get destroyed in his battle.
