I think they’re only meant to be symbolic representation of the nations that came together I don’t think the swords are actually special graded blades

The relevance is that they're a symbol of the 19 kings being subservient to Imu

They're just symbolic weapons representing that no ruler has greater power over the 20 kingdoms than the other kings. There's nothing else special about these swords as far as we know, and even if they were graded swords it still wouldn't be a big deal as swords in general aren't at all important in the grand scheme of things outside of symbolism.
