That we need to see . There is possibility timeskip vivi has grown powerful.

Shirahoshi is ancient weapon but vivi literally has stayed with then for 3+ arcs.

Another thing to note the entire crew in shp are monsters except nami and usopp .

Without df I really doubt so

Vivi did stay for 3 arcs and is more important than any other female outside SHs and that's why oda gave her number 5.5 for nakama - but if she didn't sail back then when cobra was alive then not now when her father passed away.

If she didn't leave her kingdom to anyone else back then when cobra was alive then definitely not now.

Nami and usopp know how to fight properly- remember usopp vs luffy? it's oda who doesn't properly flesh them out.

And, as I always argued - we don't need another one among weaker trio but someone in the mid or top to cement ShS as yonkou crew because as of now the power structure is highly asymmetric.

And, then what role does she will play joining so late? Nothing tbh...

I am not saying vivi isn't good or not important but as a SH she doesn't fit.

Tbh, I still feel there is a possibility that she might join later. She got invited and only reason she didn't join is because of wano needs someone.

But her dream to sail out and connection with ace and oden remains intact.

And, considering how important wano is in grand scheme of things I do expect her to return around laugh tale.

Don’t really wanna relitigate all this, but her joining anytime after her introduction was/is too late to really gel with the Straw Hats before the Final War gets started, so even when she returns, it won’t matter whether or not she’s officially Luffy’s crew mate

After rereading Yamato is definently a strawhat. Luffy made room for her and she wanted to go. She clearly states that she was staying on Wano to ward off admirals. Whether she joins officially later is up in the air. After the bathhouse scene I'm not really excited to have her on the crew but I won't object if she does join.

Well who knows when (if she makes her return) will join because as of now nothing is clear about how plot gonna progress.

Too many things are still left to be covered so I assume we might have plenty of time to cover the dynamics but yeah not to the extent of what could have been if she would have joined during wano

Well momo is pretty much his retainer. He's the shogun of a country that luffy has domain over. He's not a strawhat but he's definently a comrade.

Imo yamato is just as much a crew mate as vivi is.

She already got number 5.5 as nakama by oda. She is weak. Also, she has more responsibility now than before (, after Cobra's death)

Alabasta has been out of wg for long time now. Hard to think Wg will wipe alabasta now when they didn't do it in the past.

Can they take control over it? Sure yes...but can they wipe Alabasta? Very slim possibility
