The Kochou army has no shot whatsoever, in both scenarios. Both Kochou and Renpa have great subordinates under them, however nobody here is a match for Renpa. He is just a different monster and when you put under him the H4, well...yeah.
Renpa destroys the Kochou army piece by piece.
