I dont know from where and why the Sabo hate originated. I guess people were just angry at Aces death. But the characters power placement shouldnt have been put in question. Maybe people dont like the design. His portrayal in DR should have been clear enough. At worst, at worst he was equal to Luffy. And going by elder brother of MC trope who are mostly just ass badass or superior but are surpassed only near the end it should tell us where Sabo should be.

This should have been obvious when Sabo got the title of Flame Emperor and becoming face of RA surpassing Dragon, the MCs father, in terms of fame. The slander for taking that attack from Imu and being put on Fraudwatch was just retarded. We saw in EH how powerful the Gorosei are and we have seen now in Elbaf how powerful Imu is (so far). Taking that hit and escaping is a feat on its own from these monsters for Sabo.

I dont know who real Sabo fans so I cant tag them.

Sabo is indeed very strong and also well characterized as character, as we first meet him as a kid,then when he appears in Dressrosa we can easily understand his motivations and why he joined the RA without too much explanations

Imo Sabo is a top-tier now and his flame emperor title was supposed to a) portray this, b) keep him ahead of Luffy in this ‘big bro’ position

However, it was an extremely lazy and cheap way to do it from Oda as Sabo did nothing to deserve the title. Hence why he’s an actual fraud atm, even though I do believe he’ll be as strong as his title suggests whenever we do next see him fight.

Maybe we hate Sabo cuz he’s gay. Also the tards delusional enough to believe Akainu will lose to a bum like Sabo lmao 🤣. Like get Sabo past Garling first.
