Versus Battle Rey and Kylo Ren Episode 9 (Star Wars) Gauntlet

PM Obi while enraged managed to hold his own a little bit. He sliced the double light saber in two and connected a kick but Maul managed to gain the upper hand and push Obi in the hole. Then Maul got cocky and he "died".

But I can totally focused Kylo Ren doing as good or a bit better against Maul.

Maul has great feats in TCW and managed to hold his own and push back Master Obi Wan. In their two fights Master Obi never really beat Maul. So this can show that Maul in Phantom Menace wasn't all out against Obi.

The fact remains that he cut him in half.

That they decided to revive Maul later because he was a popular villain is besides the point

yeah him thinking even one second to kill Ben was a bit too much.

I dont think so, as he nearly killed his father when he threatened to take leia as his apprentice in 6. Him warding off his anger once doesnt mean he isnt immune to that happening again. Luke is human after all and unlike the jedi wasnt brought up to be an emotionless robot

Rey cannot use her "all jedi" form she used to win against Sidious. But Rey and Kylo can use their connection/link.
