Madara himself said that the Meteor is only used if he is willing to take down himself too which can only be achieved when he is in Edo Tensei State. So not only Madara can't use that Technique but Kaido can easily stop it too with his Clouds

And what can Susanno do to Kaido? Even Tsunade have Strength Enough to break it, Kaido wouldn't be damaged by it, but all his Attacks can shatter it (Not to mention his Adv CoC which makes him not need to even make contact)

I'm talking about the small susanoos, it's obvious Kaidou Attacks can destroy them
Aside from that, Madara have his Elemental Attacks which obviously can't damage Kaidou
His Rinnegan Techniques aren't gonna do much against Kaidou either
And in Close Combat, Kaidou is clearly way more Dangerous

So it all comes down to Perfect Susanoo vs Kaidou & it's obvious who can outlast the other one

Tbh depends on if Kaido has chakra in that scenario. If he has, Madara can put him under a Genjutsu and done. If not, Kaido can win this.

Uff Madara steamrolls Kaido. Not with Meteor,because he harm himself with this,but with Soul extraction,Chibaku Tensei,Limbo and if needed Izanagi.

Remember: one eyed Rinnegan Madara was strong enough to stomp all tailed beasts with ease.

Doesn't madara with his Rinnegan have the power to use all elements? He only have to use water prison jutsu to kill Kaido. For someone who could easy master Obitos Kamui, water prison should be a peace of cake for Madara.

Madara even knew how to use the signs for his Edo tensei release, he could probably know how to use Edo Tensei.

No,he only need to use the power of the Rinnegan. Water attacks,Chibaku Tensei,Soul extraction and Limbo are enough to stomp Kaido.

Madara has Genjutsu too, to paralyze and immobilize Kaido. Inb4 "Kaido doesn't have Chakra so it won't work" - I believe in cross universe battles common rules should be applied. Genjutsu aside:

Tsunade couldn't even break the rib cage of Susanoo with one punch. An incomplete Susanoo on the other hand suffered no scratch. A complete "small" Susanoo has an additional layer to it. Meanwhile Yamato could resist a CoC Bagua shielding herself with a layer of ice.

Also, Madara has large scale Mokuton full of flowers that emit pollen which put the 5 Kage to sleep immediately.

Sounds in itself dangerous compared with the fact Madara can spam clones which can use the originals techniques like soul removal.

Last but not least, of course, the perfect Susanoo. Which scales up to to at least 200m (3 times Oars) and with one swing of its blade able to destroy the meteor and a distant mountain range in the process.

Note how it not only cuts the mountains in front, but the shock waves keep travelling behind the cut mountains to destroy the mountains behind too. Plus, all the area between Susanoo and the mountains are basically wiped out. To the left you see a forest which is so small in comparison it looks like a carpet. With each swing of its blade.

This is the scale we talk about.

• Attacks: hardly penetrate Kaido body
• Normal Ninjutsu < Devil fruit
• Perfect Susanoo, chibaku tensei & Limbo that attact gravitation may give some results.
• I dont count sage rikudo, genjutsu/tsukuyomi/izanami
• <1 days for fighting as he never shown in having sage mode before absorbing juubi,

Chakra doesn't work since Kaido doesn't have any

On the real tho, it doesn't unless we wanna equalize energies. I don't mind doing that, but I feel like it has to be specified since some verses have biological differences.

Limbo clones bully Kaido, they were tossing all the Bijuu around like children.

Perfect Susano'o has multi-mountain DC with its shockwave. It's not a shockwave focused attack, it's a swing. It just so happens the mere swing of a sword from Perfect Susano'o has the potency to demolish many mountains.

He has mokuton to help restrain or put Kaido to sleep.

Kaido's only real answer is brute force and outlasting Madara, which is viable considering Madara has to use high level moves to beat Kaido. But I favor Madara here.

There's also the Human path which could legit suck out Kaido's soul lmfao
