Probably something below BM and Kaido. Sure he was a monster with a monster crew but I don't see his bounty reaching 5Bil. He didn't get the benefit of golden age of piracy inflation.

His bounty though was without doubt the highest at the time of his reign and fall. That's all that matters

I think it's highly likely it existed because we know the Giant warrior pirates existed 100 years ago and some have bounties. It's just the question for how long they have bounties.

Unlikely, I just checked it out. Dory and Brogy's bounty must be 100 years old since they haven't appeared in public since the crew disbanded and they started their duel. Also their wanted posters show their younger selves from when they were pirates.
