Roger fight Linlin when she was in Rocks, same as Garp...BM remember Garp, so it is not clear how many times she loses, or even not clear that she lose at all. A note, the BM pirates never ever saw Big Mom got hurt, or even bleed. If Roger indeed had fought the BM pirates, there's no way Lin Lin wasn't beaten the living f out of her

For Roger to steal from someone like Big Mom, this tells me that Roger is as strong equally as Big Mom. I thought a Pirate King is an unstoppable force. A Superman of his own universe. I thought Roger to be far far stronger than all Yonko. I thought Whitebeard to be an exception, but apparently Kaido and Linlin are as strong as Roger too.
If Luffy defeated Kaido and Linlin, he will surpass Roger in physical strength. This might give us a clear picture how far strong some individuals in World Government. Just raw strength. The logic of Dragon Ball.
