Character Discussion Roger Pirates has lots of CoC users; SHs who will unlock CoC?

Luffy, Zoro, Sanji then maybe Yamato (obviously she has it, but it's a matter of whether she joins) and Jimbei/Usopp (neither necessary, but wouldn't be surprised if either got it). Wouldn't be surprised if we end up with 5 Conqueror's, I just hope Oda actually gives them fitting focus/development to justify it. I don't think Conqueror's is all that restrictive based on what we've heard and the variety of characters with it.
Yes, this is the working theory as of now.
All of the East Blue will get CoC, each utilizing it in a distinct fashion: Luffy will infuse it in his Nika transformation, Zoro will get the most destructive AP, Sanji will become an indistructible human shield whom nobody can hurt, Usopp will do CoC bullets, and Nami will infuse it in her weather techniques. Which, comes to think of it, if you feed Zeus CoC, does he shoot CoC lightning?
