Not necessarily. I've been a vig before and none of that happened. My only restriction was the amount of times I could kill. Perhaps things are different on this site.

1 thing for sure Vigi didn't act last night. Only inexperienced vig would use first kill on day 1. If there is a vig then it might be experience player since experience player would kill scum as vig when that player knows who is the real scum after the interactions on day phase.
