Van is the outed Serial Killer
Borto is the lookout (watcher version of ToS) and he said he watched me last night.
Fuji claimed Sheriff (cop version of ToS) and said he copped me and got inno last night.

But Borto says that he didn't see Fuji visit me and Fuji says borto is lying.
