  3. Heart Pirates/Law (not confirmed, but maybe Luffy shared with them, I don't think that they did though)

Wano: Kaido RP

Elbaf: Saul RP (head cannon, implied that he is the man with the burn mark and holds the answer)
  1. RHPs (giving benefit of doubt that he met Saul and knows where it is or its contents)

SHPs: 3 RPs
Heart Pirates: 2 RPs
Kid Pirates: 2 RPs
BBPs: 1 RP (unconfirmed)
RHPs: 1 RP (unconfirmed)

With BB running into Law and Kid into Shanks there is a very good chance that BBPs and RHPs will also get the 2 RPs of Law and Kid respectively. And this will result in BBPs having the WCI, Zou and Wano (same as SHPs) while RHPs having the Elbaf (assumed), WCI and Wano RPs. The situation will develop into at least a triple threat where SHPs, BBPs and RHPs all have 3 RPs each and the final stretch for the last RP will begin.

As much as people are focused on power scaling based on the Law vs BB and Kid vs Shanks encounters, for the story one of the main reasons for these matchups is to bring BBPs and RHPs on equal footing in the race with the SHPs for Laugh Tale. So far in the series the Yonko have been portrayed as in complete stalemate with each other. Kaido had only one RP, BM had only one RP and wanted to get Kaido's as demonstrated in their conversations on Onigashima. BB was specifically waiting for the SN to come his way onward from Wano for this. The weird thing though is that Shanks didn't try to get the Wano RP even though he was just off the coast.

How do you guys expect the story to develop? Do Kid and Law also have 3 RPs each (SHPs sharing the WCI with Law and sharing the Zou one with Kid)? Does Shanks have the last and lost RP? Is that RP even at Elbaf? Why did Shanks not try to get the Wano RP? Does he already have it, if so, how, last time he went to Wano was when they dropped Oden?

The location of 4th is unknown and I think it's linked with God Valley

Check the last three-four pages of Chap 1056 after Law gives the copy of Wano RP to Kid/Killer. Killer comments they need to put their all out strength if they are serious in going for the OP to which Kid comments finding the man with the burn scar. Later in Egghead we learn that Saul survived Ohara and was covered up in burns and has saved the Ohara library in Elbaf.

Not saying Saul has the last RP but he is supposed to have info on them considering he is supposed to be the man with the burn scar and that he managed to save the works of Ohara.
