Why not? It just can mean that he has the same drawbacks as g5. And he uses it much more efficiently than luffy: kaido entering it only to use his most powerfull moves. I think it will be also evolution of luffy's usage of g5. He was already able to do it with g4 on onigashima.

No. Luffy surpassed kaido's haki. Their final clash proved it.

No. Kaido was awakened. His strongest drunken form that he use against g4 is probably awakening. He was able even to fight against g5 in it. It just not that drastically change his appearance but it look the same as lucci's, chopper's and impel down beasts awakenings: top of the body look more beastly then usually.

She is. Her awakenig is just not suited for battle. Kid's awakening is also nothing big compared to law's but he is still awakened.

It doesn't stated, but mingo who is paramecia just like bm said that awakening allow your power to affect others. Her main power is manipulating souls. She was already able to control prometheus at young age. I doubt that is her awakaning. But i think her awakening is allowing others to control souls. She already showed being able to do that in wci: that's how she through incarnations collect life span of the whole coutry. She allowed this incarnations to manipuate sous of others.

Or her fruit can not be awakened at all.
