Questions & Mysteries Ryuma is not originally from Wano?!?

I think it’s someone else.

It could be a way to tie in Monsters obviously not taking place on Wano (clothes, names, architecture are nothing like Wano).

But it would open up a lot of weird things, like Ryuma then killing two seperate dragons (one over Wano, one in Monsters) and some strange Shimotsuki family history (did Ryuma marry into them? Was there another branch that had left Wano previously and went back? Did they change their name?)

If it was Ryuma's grave I think Oda would just say it's Ryuma's grave he wouldn't leave it ambiguous like this

Also the way Ulti is running to the grade makes me think she is familiar with this person.

No one runs to a grave like that unless you know the person buried their

My immediate guess was Hanafuda, but would someone associated with Kaido and a warlord of the sea have not just a grave but a shrine on Wano?

Likely not

So this person

Is Seemingly known by Ulti
Was born in west Blue
Raised by Samurai
And considered a Hero

Odds of it being ryuma is low, im sure oda would of just came out and said it also im pretty sure in the Ryuma one shot "Monsters" it was specifically stated he was born in Wano

🤔 Could it Be Ulti and Page Ones Mom?

Or Oda is doing it intentionally and is about to build some ancient connection between Wano and the outside world. Would tie in well with the theme of this chapter being open borders & building alliances through trade and negotiations

We already know Ryuma traveled outside of Wano Via the Monsters one shot, and as far as theme of opening borders that was one of the major themes of wano, but Momonosuke decided Wano wasn't ready for that yet. So Oda can still build that connction via Ryuma because Ryuma left wano before.

There are a bunch of other non samurai sword there on the graves, those could be his acquaintance. I don't think only Ryuma switches to samurai sword and the rest doesn't? Also they were born with the blade, maybe some parts of history before Ryuma?
