Sabo is stronger than Law and potentially yonko level imo, but the issue is people underestimating Teach’s base stats.
Like Shanks even as a yonko hyped him up and reiterated how he wasn’t offguard, somehow people disregard this.

I don't disergard Teach's powers, I learned my lesson.

But please remember how busted Sabo was prior to Mera fruit, He ain't losing in neg or low diff Imho.

+ He is smarter, he would fly away on Mera, Ace should've used that move too imho.

Better mastery definitely helps but a fire logia is not really complex to use and gives you most benefits the moment you use it. He still had intangibility and could do fire fists seconds after eating it

Not to mention that Ace could throw fire spears, shoot fire bullets, summon pillars of fire, and conjure fire dragons

Sabo could do none of these things in Dressrosa

He was coming up with named attacks on the fly. Sure, he had the intangibility and could form fire fists right away but there's clearly more to it than that

He even said he wasn't used to his own power yet in the arc itself

even his AoE was evident as half Dressrosa was burning, so I don’t think better mastery can shift the tides tbh.

That's just the raw power of the fruit (and it could do a lot more if he had greater mastery)

He still has a long way to go, and that’s the reason I’m sure the Marejois incident had some ambiguities other than admirals being restricted.

I don't think he has a very long way to go but there are probably a few other things that went down during the incident

What if Sabo saves Law from being killed by Blackbeard? Sabo is still hopping from island to island off the grid, and he happens to land on Winner Island as the battle is taking place. I trust I don’t need to remind anyone that just like Luffy, Sabo will try and fuck up BB on sight.

And add this on top of the whole Ace and Luffy thing. Blackbeard will have no choice but to back down because he can’t beat Sabo especially with Law as a factor still.

Sabo’s the Flame Emperor for a reason. The Mera Mera is peak tier destructive that can hold its own against and even rival the Gura Gura as seen by other logias even matching up just fine against similar powers like Fujitora’s devastating gravity.
But Sabo’s Haki is what will prove the most troublesome for Neckbeard! No Yami for him sadly lol

Don’t go forgetting he is at his core a melee haki based fighter, he was Dragon’s RHM long before he got the Mera Mera so he will most definitely give you the work and he prefers close quarters as his fight with Fuji demonstrated:

And yes Sabo can match Teach’s weak Quakes with just his own haki, Mera gives it the extra overwhelming flair.

Law will be taking notes and finally get his haki on Rooftop Luffy level. Kid will have to learn from Weevil then they can call themselves rivals to Luffy and reach emperor level.

I need a bit more. Admiral Level is a huge deal, let's not handle Admiral level hype so casually and randomly.

I say this as someone who is coping for Akainu vs Sabo at least for few rounds.

They are the people, the marines, everyone seeing the perceived failing of Fujitora to get past Sabo. This all along was the excuse for why he was supposedly unable to interfere against Doflamingo. This would have resulted in much greater damage caused by the birdcage. It would also damage the marines reputation greatly which is what he did when he kneeled before King Riku and told him he and the Marines were sorry for their failings.

This is the “gamble” Sabo is asking him about because he understands what Fujitora is doing. His whole agenda was to get rid of the warlord system.
