Additionally that's not how awakening works. A user's ability does not become stronger on itself, it's a new ability that gets unlocked, which then leads to new, ability matching abilities.
Much more likely that Ace's "flame commandment" is the Mera's awakening rather than blue flames.

If DF advantage would mean instant superiority then Akainu vs Aokiji would never go to Extreme diff as it did.

Mera Mera can never best Magu Magu by itself unless it's wielded by a much inferior person. If Sabo has a chance against Akainu, it can only be via Haki.

Fire can burn hotter than Magma and this is what Oda will go for.

Magu vs Mera is not as simple as Machvise's DF over that lady's one.

Akainu will be more dangerous even from kaido.
His opponent should use CoA for protection all the time. I believe even the oxygen around the magma areas will be less and the breathing could be very hard.
