It's hard to tell which one is the saddest, but Law, Ace, Senor Pink and Doffy would be my top.

Ace's was impactful because no child or adult should ever think that it's better that they don't exist. That's heartbreaking.

That being said, I think Sakazuki's and Teach's are going to be very fucked up as well.
